Recent research into mentoring indicates that providing development workshops for mentors increases the benefit for both mentors and mentees. The Academy offers such workshops for mentors throughout the year.

These workshops offer mentors the opportunity to explore issues arising from the mentor role and provide guidance to enable mentors to establish effective mentoring relationships.
